Shipping & Delivery
At Istylie Jewel, we are committed to delivering your jewellery in excellent condition and within the promised time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on the destination. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure that your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
To help us deliver your order without delays, please ensure that your address is complete with house number, street name, locality, landmark, city, state and pincode. Kindly double-check your mobile number so the courier partner can contact you if needed. For Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact payable amount.
All orders are securely packed before dispatch. If you receive a parcel that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. Inform us immediately at support@istyliejewel.com so we can assist you further. Once a damaged parcel is accepted, we may not be able to help with missing or defective items.
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. A shipping charge of ₹59 applies to orders below ₹499. Shipping charges remain the same regardless of the size or weight of your order. Each order can be delivered to only one address; if you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Orders are delivered through reliable partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, ShadowFax, Speed Post and others. At present, Istylie Jewel ships only within India.
We make every effort to fulfil your order smoothly, but in rare cases, an order may need to be cancelled due to stock issues, inaccurate information or payment verification concerns. If a prepaid order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. You may cancel your order before it is packed by contacting us at support@istyliejewel.com. Shipping address modifications can be made before the order has been processed. Refunds for prepaid cancellations are credited within 7–10 business days.
We accept multiple payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, Razorpay and Cash on Delivery. Payments through Cheques or Demand Drafts are not accepted.
