Return Policy

We understand that expectations may differ, and on rare occasions, products may arrive damaged or incorrect. To ensure a seamless experience, we accept returns only if the item received is broken, defective, or missing.

How to Initiate a Return

Please submit your return request on the same day you receive your order and kindly provide: Your order number, Images of the product and shipping label, A brief reason for return. Once reviewed, our team will approve your request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Guidelines Based on Payment Method

A) Pay on Delivery / Cash on Delivery Orders

• Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credits.
  
• These credits can be used on your next purchase.
  
• Refunds cannot be transferred to bank accounts or other payment methods.
  
• Once your return is received and verified, you will receive an email confirming the credit issuance.
  

B) Online Prepaid Orders (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Wallets)

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4–6 business days after the returned item is received in its original condition with tags and labels intact.
  
• For card payments, the refund will return to the same card used during checkout.
  
• For UPI payments, the refund will be credited to the same UPI ID used for the order.
  

Important:

Do NOT share the OTP with the pickup partner until your product is physically handed over.

Note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Refunds will be calculated after deducting any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
  
• Gift Hampers are non-returnable.
  

Exchange Policy

At this moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different style, colour, or design, you may:

1. Return the original product (if eligible).
   
2. Use your store credits or refund to place a fresh order for your preferred item.
